CCA has no active COVID cases at this time. In light of the circumstances, we are voluntarily taking precautionary measures. This week, the students' will attend school through Wednesday. Thursday and Friday will be virtual education days. Thursday will be Zoom meetings and Friday will be an at-home workday. More details for the week will be coming soon. Thanksgiving week will be vacation days for all students and faculty. On Monday, November 30th the faculty will be returning for a workday. In-person classes will begin on December 1st at regular school hours, unless notified otherwise via official school notification system.

Wednesday will be a Dress Down Day for ALL students on Wednesday. The DARE program will be held in the Sanctuary at 2:00 on Wednesday. 5th Grade families will receive further details. The Turkey Trot activities are being planned for Wednesday afternoon. The Allegany Rising Leadership students have their monthly Zoom meeting on Thursday. More details coming.

We hope this gives you time to plan. The virtual education we will be having is based on the same way we conducted classes from March – May.  The faculty will be available to work with your student(s). You are welcome to contact them and let them know if there is anything you need.

If you have a daycare child, you can contact Brenda. The daycare will be serving its current students.

The cases are changing every day and I will continue to monitor them with our nurse. Thank you for all you continue to do in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment. Please note that this is not a decision based on active COVID cases in the school. This is a voluntary, precautionary measure.
