Maryland Democratic candidate for Governor Ben Jealous has suggested Governor Larry Hogan is cooperating with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency in what he calls “terrorizing” Marylanders. Jealous, among other things has discussed abolishing immigration and customs enforcement officers as well as the concept of making Maryland a sanctuary state.
