Thirteen candidates for Congress came to Cumberland Saturday evening to participate in a forum broadcast by WCBC Radio. Among the candidates was incumbent Republican Roscoe Bartlett, who faces seven challengers in the April 3 primary. Five Democrats are competing to face the Republican nominee.
