U.S. Sen. Ben Cardin spoke to supporters Friday at the opening of Hillary Clinton's Baltimore campaign office. The office joins two others opened this week for the Democratic campaign in Prince George's and Montgomery counties. It will be used as a hub for organizing, planning and phone banking ahead of the April 26 primary. The campaign office is at 190 E. Ostend St., Suite 101 in the Riverside neighborhood. Rival Bernie Sanders has several campaign offices in the Baltimore area, with the city office located at Freddie Gray Empowerment Center in Bolton Hill.
