On Saturday, Cumberland Police served a Calvert County Circuit Court bench warrant on 36 year old Ernest Thomas Magruder III.
The warrant was issued for failing to appear for trial on April 15th for not paying child support. Magruder was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can been seen by a circuit court judge.
