The primary election results from Tuesday ensured there would be a change in the makeup of the Allegany County Board of Commissioners.
Bill Valentine has held a seat for two terms, but will not be moving on as he finished fourth in the Republican vote, behind Dave Caporale, Jake Shade and Creade Brodie, Junior.
