Cumberland City Police today announced charges have been filed in a truck rollover that occurred at the Greene Street roundabout Monday morning.
As a result of the crash, the operator of the tractor trailer, Farinas Ojeda Frank, age 45, Miami Floridam, was issued two traffic citations;
-Failure to obey a traffic control device.
-Failure to control speed to avoid a collision.
Frank and an adult male passenger were both treated at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center for non life-threatening injuries.
The mishap occured around 8 AM and closed Route 220 in that area for about four hours.
