As the Cumberland Mayor and City Council begin looking at possible spending reductions and budget cuts over the course of the next few months- there is not a great deal of support of reducing the manpower of resources for police and fire. How can we help make the mall a better place to shop? The children are getting out of hand . Friday and Saturday night is a horror! A fight between 2 14 year olds broke out last friday night right beside the mcdonlds rest. Parents we need support , help

I have no clue if this can be put into effect: but, I think due to the overcrowding and unsupervised teenagers maybe a rule should be put into effect stating all minors well, maybe under age of 16, should not be allowed to hang at the mall without their parents or guardians. I too was at Walmart last friday and saw a big group of teenagers hanging out in the toy dept and I believe they had to be told by a Walmart employee to leave, and the loud bad language many of them were using as they were leaving had me wishing I knew who their parents was so I could fill them in on the way the y behaved in public. Too many parents have blinders on thinking their children don’t disrespect others as they do in public.
