The Cumberland Mayor and City Council yesterday unanimously voted to approved a non disclosure agreement regarding proprietary information from CSX in connection with the engineering of the West Side Bridges.
Solicitor Michael Cohen told council that he sees no downside for the city in approving the proposal…
Councilperson Laurie Marchini questioned why the agreement was necessary if CSX had been denying ownership of the spans, but eventually all agreed in order to move the bridge issue to the next step.

Understandable. They’d hate for any videos to leak out that show the Mayor & Seth Bernard kissing the arses of the CSX boys!
