After a year’s hiatus, the city of Cumberland’s Fourth of July Fireworks display is returning to Constitution Park. Some new regulations forced the show to be moved to the campus of Bishop Walsh School last summer, and that led to a myriad of complaints. Mayor Brian Grim tells WCBC News that after some negotiations, agreeing to minor changes, the show will return to the park on Saturday.
