A neighborhood dispute over a parking space has one man crying “racism”- and pointing fingers at the Cumberland Mayor and City Council. Charles Robin Woods addressed the council saying he was speaking on behalf of a family who appears to have lost a longtime parking spot in front of their Glenwood Street home. Speaking during the hearing of constituents segment of the most recent public meeting- Woods suggested the city has acted favorably toward a man who is now utilizing that part of the street for access to his home. When he said that decisions are apparently being made based on race- a clearly frustrated Mayor Ray Morriss gaveled the discussion – and the meeting- to a close…
