City man arrested after displaying “airsoft pistol”

Units from the Cumberland Police Dept responded to the Wempe Drive area for a W/M subject chasing a vehicle with a handgun.  The schools in the immediate area where placed in lock-in status.  A perimeter was established and the suspect was located in the 600 block of Oldtown Road.  The suspect, Johnny Kincaide, 21 Y/O, W/M and was taken into custody.  The handgun was located and determined to be an airsoft pistol.  Kincaide was charged with disorderly conduct, and the incident currently remains under investigation.  All schools in the area have been released from lock-in status to normal operations.  The Maryland State Police Cumberland barrack assisted with the call. Airsoft guns are toy replicas commonly used in shooting sporting games.

    Put this dude in jail for a year, he had the entire southend of town in disarray. These folks need taught a lesson, that is why stupid sh?t like this continues to occur!!
