On Saturday at approximately 12:25 AM the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Decatur Street for the report of a disturbance.  Officers contacted Charles Harrison Tasker, age 35 of Cumberland, inside the common area of an apartment building after being pointed out by witnesses as the person causing the disturbance.  Tasker was intoxicated and was told to cease any further disturbances and was directed inside of an apartment.  A short time later, officers were called back to the same address for the report of another disturbance involving Tasker.  The residents of the apartment where he was located indicated that they did not want him there any longer and he was asked to leave.  Tasker then left the property but then returned a few minutes later.  Officers had remained nearby and observed Tasker re-enter the property prompting another call to police.  Charles Tasker was then taken into custody and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Fail to Obey a Lawful Order.  Tasker was taken to Cumberland Police Department for processing and is awaiting an initial appearance at Allegany County District Court.
