On Saturday, the Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Donald Edward Giles, age 69, of Cumberland.
The summons was issued in reference to an incident that occurred on May 17th, 2019 at a business in the 400 block of Oldtown Rd. During that incident, it is alleged that Giles had used a dumpster belonging to the business to dispose of a large amount of garbage.
It was also alleged that Giles removed property belonging to the business as well. Giles was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.

Charges: Theft $100 to under $1500, Litter/Dump under 100lbs
