On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Julio Mark Nelson, age 39, of Cumberland MD.
The summons was in reference to an incident on February 20th, 2020, where it is alleged that Nelson created a large disturbance inside a business in the 200 block of Park St.
Nelson was served the Summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
