On Friday, Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Justin Tyler Braithwaite. The warrant was issued by District Court in reference to an investigation about stolen credit cards.
Braithwaite allegedly stole two credit cards back in February, 2019 and made several unauthorized purchases in the Cumberland area. He was charged with stealing the credit cards, using the credit cards, theft, and identity theft.
Braithwaite was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $2,000 bond. Justin Tyler Braithwaite, age; 30, Cumberland, Maryland.
