On Saturday morning, at approximately 6:30 AM officers from the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of Frederick Street for a disturbance.
Upon arrival officers located the subject creating the disturbance and identified him as Steven Nelson Dolly. Dolly disturbed several neighbors and would not comply with officers orders to stop. Dolly continued to cause a disturbance and was placed under arrest.
Dolly was transported to the Cumberland Police Department where he was issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct. Dolly was released pending trial in District Court.
