On February 27th, 2021, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons was on Austin Garrett Sisk, 30, of Cumberland.
The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on February 23rd, 2020 at a residence in the 1100 block of Oldtown Rd. During the incident, the victim alleged that Sisk had assaulted them after an argument had ensued inside the residence. Sisk fled the scene on foot after the incident.
Sisk was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
