A Cumberland man has been charged with first degree murder in the stabbing death of a 19 year West Virginia University student in Morgantown. Robert Hernandez, Jr., 33, is being held without bond. The victim, Devonte Waites, was pronounced dead at Ruby Memorial Hospital after being stabbed in the abdomen.
