On Saturday, Cumberland City Police responded to a business in the 80 block of Greene Street for a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival officers were advised that a male subject had created a disturbance at the business and was refusing to leave. Officers contacted Jeremy Moyers, who is said to have continued to create a disturbance in the presence of the officers. Moyers refused to comply with officers orders and was subsequently arrested.
Moyers was transported to the Cumberland City Police Station where he was issued two criminal citations and released pending trial in District Court.
