On 01/06/18 the Cumberland Police Department served a Fugitive Warrant on Adam Lee Shipway. The warrant service stemmed from an active arrest warrant for Shipway in Mineral County, West Virginia for operating or attempting to operate a Clandestine drug lab.
After the warrant processing, Shipway was transported to the District Court Commissioner’s office for his initial appearance. As a result of the hearing, he was held at the Allegany County Detention Center without bond pending extradition to West Virginia.
