Cumberland City Police Saturday served an arrest warrant on Timothy Hart Winkler.
The warrant was issued when a private citizen filed charges against Winkler at District Court. The victim alleged that Winkler displayed a knife and threatened them with it.
Winkler was taken before a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

Charges – Assault 1st, Assault 2nd, Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Injure
