On March 6th, 2020, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on David Rashad Weatherall. The warrant was issued by the Circuit Court due to Weatherall violating the terms and conditions of his pre-trial supervision. Weatherall was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bond.
David Rashad Weatherall, age 26, Cumberland Maryland.
