On Saturday, Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on McClave Cleland Combs II for failing to appear for trial on May 16th, 2018 for possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
