Officers from the Cumberland Police Department located Malcolm Allen Parsons at an East Oldtown Road residence.
Parsons had an active felony arrest warrant out of West Virginia. Officers took Parsons into custody and transported him to Police Headquarters for processing.
Parsons was later taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was served with a fugitive from justice warrant.
Parsons was held without bond pending an extradition hearing at a later date in District Court.
