On Friday October 9, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Robert Michael Joseph Evans for failing to appear in court on October 8, 2015. Evans was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on $5,000.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
