Cumberland City Councilman David Kauffman tells WCBC News that city officials remain confident that a tenant will be found for the former Human Resources Development Commission building on Frederick Street. The building at 19 Frederick Street has been empty for the last three years. Kauffman has held out hope that the some type of post secondary education project will occupy the 15,500-square-foot space- and he says talks are ongoing with a number of prospects, although nothing is imminent…
