At approximately 4:52 a.m., officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Somerville Avenue address for a report of a fight outside. Officers arrived and located Isaiah Christopher Weatherall in the front of the residence arguing. Officers attempted to calm the situation but Weatherall continued to argue and cause a disturbance. Officers attempted several times to get Weatherall to leave the area to prevent any additional disturbances. He refused to leave the area and continued to cause a public disturbance. Weatherall was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Cumberland Police Headquarters for processing. Weatherall was later released pending trial in District Court.
