On Saturday, August 01, 2015 at approximately 10:00 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of Frank’s Lane and Homer Street in reference to a, intoxicated B/M unlawfully entering two houses by mistake. Callers reported that the suspect mistakenly entered the residences thinking that he was going into his home. Officers located that subject who was identified as Bernard NMN Ferguson, age 46, Cumberland, MD. Ferguson was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct due to his behavior which disturbed the residents. Ferguson was transported to Police Headquarters for processing and was released after being issued a criminal citation. Additional charges are pending against Ferguson at a later date.
