On March 5, 2018 the Cumberland Police arrested Todd Carl Cassino for Trespassing on Posted Property after police observed him in the area of Queen City Pavement on CSX property. The area is clearly marked as a no trespassing area. Cassino was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.
