Cumberland City Police served a bench warrant on David Wayne Michaels, age 36 of Ridgeley, West Virginia.  The bench warrant was issued after Michaels failed to appear in court on October 28, 2013.  Michaels was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner.  Michaels was later released on his own personal recognizance.
