On April 24, 2019 at 2:42 pm, officers responded to a business on Queen City Drive for a shop lifting complaint. Upon arrival officers learned that a female had entered the store and stole multiple cosmetic items.  They further learned that when confronted by employees, the female gave back some of the items.  Officers were provided a description and recognized the female as Jessica Miller, age 34 of Cumberland, MD.  Officer then responded to Millers address where she was placed under arrest.  Miller was then issued a Criminal Citation for theft under $100 and released pending trial in District Court.
