On Tuesday May 29th, 2018 the Cumberland City Police arrested Abree Danicka Braithwaite, age 24, of Cumberland MD. Braithwaite was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear for a previous charge for failing to obey a reasonable lawful order of a Police Officer. Braithwaite was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her initial appearance where she was released on her personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.

Bench Warrant Arrest
On Tuesday May 29th, 2018 the Cumberland City Police arrested Tyler Edmon Pickney, age 19, of Cumberland MD. Pickney was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear on a previous charge for trespassing on private property. Pickney was taken before the District Court Commissioner for his initial appearance where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.
