On Saturday, Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 400 blk. of Springdale Street for a domestic disturbance.

When officers arrived, they learned that Bradley E. Upholde was arguing with his girlfriend.  While trying to speak with both parties to resolve the issue, Upholde began to act confrontational towards officers and continued to create a disturbance.  He was warned of his behavior and told that he needed to calm down.  Upholde proceeded to argue with officers despite several warnings.

He was eventually placed under arrest when he continued to create a disturbance and followed officers outside onto the public street.  Upholde was later cited and released pending trial at District Court.
