At approximately 3:00 p.m., an officer on patrol on Queen City Drive observed a disturbance.  As the officer exited her patrol vehicle she observed a male and female yelling at each other.  The officer separated the two and obtained their information for her report.  During the investigation the officer discovered that the male subject Westley Alan Myers had an order protection keeping him from the female he was arguing with.  Myers was taken into custody and transported to Police Headquarters for processing.  Myers was later taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond.

Westley Alan Myers, age 33 of Cumberland, MD
