City Police Make Disturbance Arrest at Rescue Mission

Officers responded to the Union Rescue Mission for a report of a subject disturbance.  Upon their arrival to the area they observed John Pinson arguing with a group of subjects.  Once the officer made it to the group of subjects he could hear the Union Rescue Mission telling him that had to leave the property due to his intoxication.  The officer again told Pisnon that he had to leave this area or he would be subject.  Pinson continued to argue with the officer and advised that he would be back after he goes to a for a little while.  He was then placed under arrest and transported to PH.  At PH Pinson was issued a Criminal Citation and released pending trial in District Court.

Pinson was issued a Criminal Citation and released.
