TRESPASSING ARRESTS
On Thursday, April 20, 2017 at approximately 9:18 AM, an officer from the Cumberland Police Department observed James Moore trespassing on CSX property in the area of Queen City Drive. Moore was then arrested. While the officer was waiting for a transport vehicle to take Moore to police headquarters, the officer observed Mario Caperna trespass on CSX property. Caperna was also arrested. Moore and Caperna were transported to the police station for processing. They were issued criminal citations and released pending trial.
