Although no details have been made available, a number of Cumberland City Police units are on the scene at the Post Office on Park Street. One witness reported that several people were out of thier vehicles talking to officers. City police confirmed that officers are on the scene investigating what they would only describe as a "situation" but said not enough was known yet to provide any other details.
