City Police Serve Arrest Warrant

On 7/18/18, the Cumberland Police Served an Arrest Warrant on Brian Dillon, Age 53, of Cumberland, Maryland.  The Arrest Warrant stemmed from Dillon failing to appear in District Court. Dillon was served with the Arrest Warrant and taken in front of a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his Personal Recognizance.

    Why arrest someone for failing to appear when are judge continues to release them back out on the street I thi k it time for a new DA and judges in this area the only thing they worry about is someone who got of work and stop for a beer then you’r in big shot no free ride for you

On June 26, 2018 the Cumberland Police served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Stephanie Renee Barb.  The warrant charges Barb with failing to appear for court on June 25, 2018 on original charges of Theft: $100 to under $1,500 and Conspiracy to Commit Theft:  $100 to under $1,500. Barb was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.

Charges:  Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
