City Police Serve Warrants & Make Trespassing Arrest

On June 4, 2019 Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Angela May Dennison, age 31 of Cumberland, Maryland.  The warrant was issued after Dennison violated her conditions of probation.  Dennison was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner.  Dennison was held in the Allegany County Detention Center without Bond.

Charge: Violation of Probation

 

Arrest Warrant Served

On June 4, 2019 Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Carl Nelson Bohrer, age 43 of Cumberland, Maryland.  The warrant was issued after Bohrer failed to appear in court on unrelated charges.  Bohrer was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner.  Bohrer was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $1,500 bond.

Charge: Bench Warrant failure to appear.

 

Trespassing Arrest

On June 4, 2019 an officer from the Cumberland City Police Department was on patrol in the area of Jane Frazier Village when he observed a subject known to him as Christian Leroy Liller walking on housing property.  Computer checks completed by the officer revealed that Mr. Liller had a current no trespassing order forbidding him from being on Cumberland Housing property.  Liller was contacted by the officer and placed under arrest.  Liller was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing.  Liller was processed, served and issued a criminal citation.  Liller was released and advised to stay off of all Cumberland Housing properties.

On June 4, 2019 approximately 2 hours after Mr. Liller was released, officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to Jane Frazier Village near row 14 for Christian Liller creating a disturbance.  When officers arrived on scene they observed Mr. Liller trespassing on Housing property.  Mr. Liller was contacted and arrested for a second time.  Mr. Liller was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing.  Liller was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner.  Liller was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $2,000 bond.

Charges: Two counts of trespassing of private property.
