ARREST WARRANT SERVED
Officers from the Cumberland Police Department served a fugitive from justice warrant on Parker Daniel Judge. He was located at residence in Cumberland where he was taken into custody without incident. Judge was later taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond pending extradition. Judge had a warrant out of the State of West Virginia for violation of probation.

CRIMINAL SUMMONS SERVED
Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Crystal Rose Beal. The summons was obtained after a report of a domestic assault which occurred at a Columbia Street residence on 1/5/2018. Beal was served and will appear in District Court at a later date.

Charge: 2nd Degree assault
