The Constitution Park Pool is scheduled to open Memorial Day Weekend Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the 2018 season. This will mark the 79th year of operation for the park pool. The pool will have closed during the week with weekend operations only until the Allegany County Public School System students begin summer vacation. Daily operations are under the direction of Pool Manager Amy Nazelrod.
Hours of operation are 12 noon until 7 p.m. – June and July and 12 noon until 6 p.m. – August.
Repairs are still being made to the water slides and the diving board, they will not be operational for the weekend. Reduced fees into the park pool will be charged to compensate for the inconvenience.
The first outdoor movie and swim is scheduled for Friday June 8. The Free swim will begin at 6 p.m. with the movie set to begin at dusk. The Movie and swim nights are free and open to the public.
