During Tuesday night's Mayor and City Council meeting, four local marbles players who represented Cumberland were recognized and presented recognition certificates for their accomplishments. Kobi Wright placed second in the National Marbles Tournament in Wildwood, NJ. Wright was joined by teammates Jovie Breitfeller, Lindsay Fleming, and Harley Twigg. Mayor Ray Morriss commented on the efforts of the marbles team locally and the tradition of marbles in the area:
