For several years now, the Allegany County Commissioners have expressed frustration with the permitting process of the State Highway Administration- saying it is slowing down economic development opportunities and discouraging new businesses from locating in the area. On Tuesday a Cumberland resident expressed similar concerns, however his target was the Allegany County Health Department.
