At the most recent city meeting, both men abstained from voting on a minor CSX matter to avoid any appearance of a conflict to interest.  CSX and the city are expected to finalize several transactions related to the West Side bridges sometime this year. My, my, my. This very concern came up during the election. Where we were assured that the issue was not a concern. Yes they could vote, no conflict at all. Now it IS an issue and No they should not vote.

Cumberland should have NEVER have voted Mayor Grim out.

If they are men of honor they will abstain from anything to do with CSX, unless of course it is for the betterment of the city

Didn’t Morriss say during the campaign that this wouldn’t be a problem? He had a rough set of questions at his first meeting now it’s proven that he lied during the campaign. Dear God what mistake have we elected to City Hall?!?!?!
