On Sunday at 2:51 am, a Cumberland City Police officer initiated a traffic stop on Queen City drive for an observed moving violation. Contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle.
The officer elected to further investigate by calling for a K9 officer to scan the vehicle. A positive alert by the K9 yielded to the recovery a quantity of Cocaine.
Kelsey Law, age 19 of Cumberland was arrested and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where she was processed and served. She is currently awaiting a bond hearing.
