On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Samantha Jeanine Louden, of Cumberland.
The summons was in reference to an incident on November 11th,where it is alleged that Louden was driving without a valid license.
Louden was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
