On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on 72 year old Diane Parker.
A citizen applied for charges against Parker through the District Court Commissioner’s Office and alleged that Parker stole several prescription medications from them on Thursday.
She signed her copies of the summons and was released.
