On April 17, 2015 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Amber Nicole Tallman, age 20 of Cresaptown, Maryland.  Charges in this matter were filed after officers contacted Tallman on March 26, 2015.  During this incident, Tallman was found to be in possession of a controlled substance that was being stored inside a pill bottle with no label.  Tallman was served with the summons and later released pending her trial date in District Court.

Arrested: Amber Nicole Tallman                                    Age: 20 of Cresaptown, Maryland

Charge: CDS possession not marijuana.

Criminal Summons Served

On April 17, 2015 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Joshua Benjamin Perez, age 30 of Cumberland, Maryland.  The summons charges Perez with violating an out of state order and harassment.  Perez was served with the summons and released pending his trial date in District Court.

Charges: Violation of an out of state order and Harassment.
