Cumberland City Police Department Friday arrested Hallie Hansford Holder on an active arrest warrant. The warrant stems from an earlier call which took place at 211 Railroad Street. The victim reported to police that Holder grabbed $70.00 from his hand earlier in the day. The victim in this matter applied for charges at District Court. Hansford was later taken to the Allegany County District Court for an initial appearance. Hansford was held on $6,000 bond in the Allegany County Detention Center.
Arrested: Hallie Hansford Holder Age: 49 of Cumberland Maryland
Charges: Robbery, Assault 2nd and Theft less than $100.00.
